End Time Insights

Men and women purchased by Jesus  from every nation  become priestly witnesses of what God has accomplished in His Son . In the  Book of Revelation , the men and women redeemed by Christ’s sacrificial death become a priestly company that transcends all national, social, and cultural boundaries. They are called to persevere in their testimony before the world regardless of suffering and persecution.

Hombres y mujeres comprados de todas las naciones por Jesús se convierten en testigos sacerdotales de lo que Dios ha logrado en Su Hijo . En el Libro del Apocalipsis , los hombres y mujeres redimidos por la muerte sacrificial de Cristo se convierten en una compañía sacerdotal que trasciende todas las fronteras nacionales, sociales y culturales. Están llamados a perseverar en su testimonio ante el mundo, independientemente del sufrimiento y la persecución.

Jesus has come in these last days to provide salvation for men, women, and children of all nations, and everlasting life in the age to come . After his resurrection, Jesus declared, “ All authority in heaven and on earth is given to me! Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations .” Christ sent his disciples to announce the salvation accomplished by his death “ to the ends of the Earth .” The promise of the Abrahamic Covenant to bless all nations is now being fulfilled by Jesus Christ.

Jesús vino “al final de estos días” para proporcionar salvación a hombres, mujeres y niños de todas las naciones, y vida en la era venidera . Contrary to the claims of politicians and some church leaders, Jesus is the only true light in this dark world . According to the Apostle John, life is found in Jesus of Nazareth, and that life is “ the light of men .” This light radiates in the darkness, but “ the darkness cannot comprehend it .” Christ himself declared, “ I am the light of the world .” Every man and woman who follows him has the light of life and therefore no longer walks in darkness – (John 1:1-4, 8:12).

Babylon is the source of the ideologies and structures of this world. God is calling His saints to come out of the defiled city before it is too late . The Bible teaches disciples of Jesus to live holy lives separated from the existing world order, not physically, but morally and spiritually. They are “ in the world but not of it ,” and the mission of the Church is to call others to “ save themselves from this crooked generation ” before judgment comes.

Jesús proclamó una nueva realidad política, el Reino de Dios, que se parece poco a los sistemas y regímenes políticos de este mundo . Jesús apareció en Galilea proclamando el Reino de Dios – “ Arrepiéntanse, porque el reino está cerca .” El Reino prometido por Dios estaba llegando a la vida y ministerio de Cristo. The figure of the Son of Man in the Book of Daniel is the source of Christ’s self-designation - The Son of Man . The term “ Son of Man ” is the self-designation heard most often on the lips of Jesus in the gospel accounts. It is from the vision of Daniel of the “ one like a Son of Man ” who received “ the dominion and kingdom .”   All the tribes of the Earth will mourn when “ they see the Son of man coming on the clouds of Heaven .”

The arrival of Jesus will be an event of victory and finality. That day will include the resurrection of the saints, judgment, and new creation . The return of Jesus at “ the conclusion of this evil age ” will be an event of complete finality. His “ arrival ” or ‘ Parousia ’ (παρουσια) will be accompanied by celestial and terrestrial upheaval, the arrival of the New Creation, the resurrection of the dead, the judgment of the unrighteous, the destruction of “ the Man without law ,” the gathering of Christ’s elect, and the end of death itself.

La llegada de Jesús será un evento de victoria y finalidad, e incluirá la resurrección de los santos, el juicio y la nueva creación . El regreso de Jesús al " final de esta era maligna " será un evento de completa finalidad. According to Jesus, the End will not come until the Gospel of the Kingdom of God has been proclaimed to all nations – Matthew 24:14. When the subject of the Second Coming is raised, the question of what sign will precede it is asked. Invariably, wars, earthquakes, tsunamis, famines, and similar catastrophes are offered as harbingers of that final day. Yet Jesus gave the definitive answer to this question - the   completion of the Church’s mission to proclaim his salvation and lordship to all nations.

Anyone who is under the Law of Moses is obligated to keep all its required deeds and rituals, and therefore, risks coming under its curse . In his Letter to the Galatians , Paul responded to teachings by certain “ men from Jerusalem ” who were disrupting the churches, claiming that male Gentiles must be circumcised “ to complete ” their faith. This group also promoted following the Hebrew calendar and the Levitical dietary regulations.

Returning to the jurisdiction of the Torah means the restoration of the old social barriers between Jews and Gentiles . The third chapter of Galatians  is pivotal to Paul’s argument for the unity of God’s people. The old social divisions under the Mosaic Legislation are inappropriate in God’s One Covenant Community since the promised “ Seed of Abraham ”  has arrived, namely, Jesus of Nazareth. In Christ’s Assembly, “ No longer can there be Jew or Greek ! ”
